People
Four people. One Pueblo operation. Rent from Gray Space Rentals, hire us to manage your property, or put FGF on a job — you will deal with someone whose name is on this page, not a call center.
President · Gray Space · FGF
Brandon runs the whole operation. Gray Space Rentals owns and leases fully remodeled Pueblo homes. Gray Space Property Management runs other owners’ rentals. FGF Construction rebuilds the houses — for the portfolio, for homeowners, and as a full-scope sub.
Property Manager · Gray Space Rentals · Management
Cameron is the day-to-day for residents and for owners who hire us to manage. Showings, applications, rent, maintenance — the work that keeps a house leased and a rental cash-flowing.
Construction Manager · FGF Construction
Ed runs the FGF crew from demo through punch list. Kitchens, baths, flooring, paint — the work that turns a neglected house into a home worth living in, whether we keep it, you hired us to build it, or we are maintaining a property we manage.
Construction Manager · FGF Construction
Calvin is on the tools and on the machine. Site work, excavation, and the heavy lifts that start a project right — including the mini excavator you see on our jobs.
